Mobile application and Website Privacy Notice and Consent

NUWELCOM Inc. (“NUWELCOM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to respecting and preserving the privacy of those who engage with us through our mobile application (“Application”) and website (the “Site”), or the services we provide (the “Services”) and in doing so, we endeavour to meet or exceed standards set by law. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to information that we gather from you as you use our Site, Application or Services. As part of our regular review of all of our policies and procedures, we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you. Application: means the NUWELCOM mobile application

Content: means any information that is submitted to the Site, publicly or privately, including but not limited to – Personal Information, images, videos, graphics, sounds, texts and e-mails.

NUWELCOM (variously, “we” or “our”): is a software product of NUWELCOM Inc.. and, as used herein, refers to NUWELCOM Inc.;

Non-identifiable Information: information that we gather from you that is not personally identifiable to you, such as your IP address or browser software.

Personal Information: information about an identifiable individual including, but not limited to the User’s billing address and credit card payment information.

Site: means the NUWELCOM website hosted at www.NUWELCOM.com.

User (variously, “you” or “your”): an individual who accesses and uses the Site or Application.

We only collect Information that we believe is reasonably necessary for a legitimate purpose, as further described below. In operating the Site and Application, we may collect Personal Information that you, or another, provides directly to us by filling in forms.

The Nuwelcom app does not collect any personal information about you except for your Name, Province, Location, Postal Code, and Email address. We also collect information about the images that you upload to the app. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality and is not shared with any third parties or partners.

Use of your Information

The email address that you provide will only be used for the purpose of providing the app's functionality. It will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third parties or partners.

We will only disclose your Information for purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, or if required by law. The information that we collect and store is primarily used for the following purposes:

1. to provide you with Services;

2. to provide you with information relating to our Services;

3. to follow up on client or User comments and suggestions;

4. to manage and develop our business systems and operations; or

5. to monitor and conduct an analysis of our website traffic and usage patterns.

NUWELCOM reserves the right to share any Information, Personal or Non-identifiable, collected from you through the Site or Application with affiliates, or to transfer such Information to a successor entity or to an entity which purchases substantially all of the assets of NUWELCOM.

NUWELCOM sometimes contracts with outside organizations to perform specialized services such as hosting the Site. Our suppliers may at times receive, process or handle some of your Information. Only the Information necessary to perform the services under the contract is given to the supplier. Under their contracts with us, our suppliers may use such Information only to carry out the contracted service and must not store or use the Information for any other purpose. Our contracts with suppliers require that they provide a level of protection for your Information that is comparable to our own.

Account Deletion

You have the ability to delete your account in your profile page at any time. Upon request, we will delete your personal and sensitive data in a secure manner.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access or misuse. These measures include secure data handling procedures for personal and sensitive user data.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We will retain your personal and sensitive data for as long as is necessary to provide the app's functionality and for any other legally required purposes. Upon request, we will delete your personal and sensitive data in a secure manner.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Language: 

The original, legally binding version of this document is written in English, and it is translated into other languages for the courtesy of our non-English-speaking Users. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and a translated version, the English version supersedes the translated version.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we update the policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy and post the updated policy on this page.
